We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Production Kitchen Manager to oversee the daily operations of our food manufacturing kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily food production to meet production targets

• Supervise, train and manage production staff

• Assign daily duties and monitor staff performance

• Ensure products meet quality and consistency standards

• Monitor production output, wastage and efficiency

• Ensure food safety, hygiene and SOPs are followed

• Manage raw material and packaging inventory

• Plan ingredient requirements and coordinate stock replenishment

• Maintain cleanliness and proper operation of the production kitchen

• Troubleshoot daily production and manpower issues

• Maintain basic production, inventory and staff records

• Work with management to improve production processes and efficiency

Requirements

• Experience in food production, central kitchen, F&B or manufacturing operations preferred

• Prior supervisory or team management experience preferred

• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability

• Able to lead and manage a production team

• Organised and able to plan manpower and production schedules

• Comfortable working in a hands-on production environment

• Good understanding of food hygiene and safety

• Able to communicate clearly with management and production staff

• Willing to learn and improve existing processes
