• Location: Central

• 14 days AL, 1.5-3 Months Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) construction activities on-site under the guidance of the Project Manager.

• Coordinate and monitor daily site progress, manpower, and subcontractor performance.

• Review and interpret M&E drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.

• Attend project meetings, prepare progress reports, and update management on project status.

• Manage project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion.

• Supervise materials, tools, and equipment delivery, ensuring compliance with approved specifications.

• Identify and resolve discrepancies in drawings with consultants before work execution.

• Implement quality control measures and conduct on-site/off-site inspections prior to handover.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards at all times.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering or equivalent.

• Relevant experience in LTA infrastructure projects involving ACMV / M&E systems.

• Proven record in managing large-scale construction projects from start to completion.

• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently under pressure and coordinate effectively within a team.
