ACMV Project Engineer

• Leading M&E Builder!
• 5-6 days work week (depends on project site)/ SGXmainboard listed!
• Must have M&E experience in ACMV w/industrial/commercial projects
• Highly recognisable projects in transport / retail / aviation sector

Our client is a leading M & E builder

Responsibilities:

• Interpret contract specifications, drawings, and Client’s requirements to guide project execution.
• Prepare method statements, shop drawings, and inspection checklists to ensure compliance and quality control.
• Perform ACMV performance and static pressure calculations to optimize system design and functionality.
• Conduct kitchen hood selection, exhaust, and staircase pressurization calculations to meet safety and ventilation standards.
• Coordinate installation activities with architectural, electrical, and plumbing trades to ensure seamless integration.
• Prepare technical submissions for Variation Orders, damage claims, and abortive works to support project documentation and approvals.
• Assist in testing, balancing, and commissioning activities to verify system performance and compliance.
• Support preparation of as-built drawings to document final installation and modifications.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering related disciplines
• Must have strong M&E experience in managing ACMV projects for industrial or commercial purposes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective team collaboration.
• Problem-solving, coordination, and management skills to support project delivery as a team player

Other Information:

• Working Days/Hours: 5-6days work week (depends on project site)
• Up to S$6K Base+project+variablebonuses!
