Operations Manager

Role Summary

Lead the pre-opening and day-to-day performance of HOT CRUSH's first Singapore outlet. This role owns opening readiness, store results, manpower productivity and coordination between front-of-house and bakery production.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute the pre-opening plan, including recruitment readiness, training, operating routines and opening milestones.

• Set sales, labour, productivity, food-cost and wastage targets; review results and lead corrective actions.

• Oversee store managers and production leaders, clarify accountability and maintain effective cross-department communication.

• Translate brand standards into practical SOPs for service, production, inventory, cash controls and incident management.

• Plan manpower and rosters around trading patterns while maintaining service and production coverage.

• Handle escalated customer, people, equipment and business-continuity issues with clear follow-through.

• Provide management reporting and recommendations to the company on performance, risks and resource needs.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of multi-unit, chain F&B or bakery operations experience, including 2 years leading a large outlet or an overseas opening environment.

• Strong command of store P&L drivers, manpower planning, sales analysis and cost control.

• Proven ability to launch operating routines, coach managers and work across cultures and functions.

• Business-level English is required; Mandarin is useful for cross-border training and coordination where operationally relevant.

• Decisive, accountable and calm under pressure, with a practical approach to problem solving.
