BIM Coordinator (MEP) (YS81)

Responsibilities:

• Support BIM Manager in implementing BIM standards, workflows, and project requirements.
• Develop and manage federated BIM models across multiple disciplines.
• Conduct clash detection, coordinate resolutions, and prepare coordination reports.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve design issues.
• Ensure BIM models, drawings, submissions, and project data meet required standards.
• Lead and guide BIM Modellers to deliver coordinated and buildable designs.
• Monitor BIM progress, submissions, resources, and project deliverables.
• Manage CDE, file exchanges, and project information to maintain data integrity.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
