Key Responsibilities
- Take overall ownership of project delivery from mobilisation through completion and handover.
- Establish project strategy, priorities, programme, resources, and delivery targets.
- Lead project teams and coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Manage project budget, cost performance, variations, claims, and commercial exposure.
- Identify project risks, constraints, and potential delays and implement corrective measures.
- Direct major contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and key project interfaces.
- Maintain effective relationships with clients, consultants, and other senior stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, quality standards, safety requirements, and project specifications.
- Drive resolution of major technical, operational, and commercial issues.
- Develop project teams, strengthen accountability, and drive continuous improvement in project delivery.
