Associate Executive (Maternity Coverage)

Job Description

The Associate Executive will provide operational and administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the department. The incumbent will coordinate patient appointments, manage documentation and data entry, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and support daily administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments.

• Support the planning and coordination of meetings.

• Liaise with various stakeholders regarding patient appointments and follow-up arrangements.

• Enter and maintain appointment details accurately in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.

• Upload and maintain patient-related documents in the system.

• Provide general administrative support to nursing and departmental operations.

• Ensure timely coordination and communication with multiple stakeholders to facilitate service delivery.

• Support day-to-day operational and administrative functions of the department as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.

• Prior experience in healthcare administration, patient services, or administrative support roles will be an advantage.

• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems is preferred.
