Job Summary

Manage and coordinate performing artistes by arranging show lists, overseeing rehearsals and auditions, allocating roles based on individual strengths, collaborating with producers on scheduling, and ensuring high-quality performances through teamwork and preparation.

Responsibilities

• Arrange show lists and coordinate performers for scheduled events
• Manage the rehearsal, audition, and selection process for performing artiste candidates
• Assess individual artistes’ strengths and weaknesses to allocate performing roles efficiently
• Collaborate with producers to schedule artiste performance time slots and adjust as needed
• Represent performing artistes in management meetings to communicate their interests and updates
• Memorize lyrics and routines to maintain optimal performance standards during shows
• Coordinate with artistes and band members to fine-tune performances and ensure readiness for stage production
• Promote and strengthen teamwork among artistes to deliver seamless and excellent productions
