Job Summary

Achieve sales targets and support business development by managing customer relationships, following up on sales enquiries, and collecting market information to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by actively pursuing and closing sales opportunities
• Support the department head in planning and monitoring business development activities to align with sales goals
• Follow up on sales enquiries and suggestions to finalize sales agreements efficiently
• Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure continued business and satisfaction
• Develop new customers by identifying and engaging potential prospects
• Collect and report market information on customer activities, projects, and sales forecasts to inform sales strategies
• Submit weekly reports detailing phone calls made and customer visits conducted to track sales efforts
• Verify order settlements to ensure accurate processing and fulfillment
• Build and strengthen relationships with customers, prospects, partners, and associations to expand business networks
• Assist the manager by completing assigned tasks to support overall department objectives
