Cybersecurity Platform Engineer

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Platform Engineer to provide operational,technical and integration support in cybersecurity solutions (self-hosted andSaaS) in the domain of vulnerability management. The role focuses on systemadministration, integration with external systems, system enhancements, maintainingsystem stability, resolving incidents, and ensuring optimal performance of vulnerabilitymanagement solutions in a client environment. Place of work shall be at client office on afull0time basis.

Key Responsibilities
• Support and manage Tenable VMS platform
• Fulfill perform service requests, including onboarding, offboarding, configurations,creation/update of scan jobs, creation/edition of custom scan reports
• Perform integration with external systems

• Develop andmaintain operational documentation, including SOPs for patching, upgrades, onboardingof assets and routine maintenance.
• Log and manage support cases with vendors, including coordinatingtroubleshooting sessions and driving resolution.
• Respond to technical enquiries, including vulnerability remediation, analysisof scan reports and scan jobs
• Take full ownership of assigned incidents and service requests, ensuringtimely resolution and closure.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 operational support, including issue triaging andescalation where necessary.
• Perform fault isolation, root cause analysis, and implement correctiveactions for technical issues.
• Perform activities when required, including patching, plug-in updates and othersystem maintenance.
• Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, client requirements, anddocumentation standards.
• Perform stand-by after office hours

Requirements
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in deployment, operational management and/ormaintenance support of Tenable VMS solutions
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnoseand resolve complex platform issues.

• Ability to perform integration withexternal systems
• Good understanding of security best practices and vulnerability management
• Experience working with vendor support and managing escalation processes.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the abilityto provide clear updates to clients.
• Basic project coordination skills and the ability to manage multiplepriorities.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership andaccountability.
• Willingness to be on standby after support hours as part of operationalrequirements.
