  • Maintain accurate daily reports, progress photos, and as-built documentation.
  • Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover of mechanical systems, including liaising with specialist commissioning teams for medical gas and critical hospital MEP systems.
  • Attend site coordination meetings and provide technical input to resolve site issues.
  • Supervise and guide site foremen, technicians, and labor gangs to ensure productivity and workmanship standards.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in MEP construction, with at least 2–3 years on hospital or healthcare facility projects (preferred).

  • Proficiency in reading mechanical drawings, P&IDs, and shop drawings; working knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, and commissioning processes.
  • Valid site safety training/certification (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH) is an advantage.

  • Good coordination and communication skills with multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
