PROJECT MANAGER - DEMOLITION

Project Acquisition & Business DevelopmentIdentify and secure new demolition and construction projects.Develop business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with clients.Attend client meetings and site visits to understand project requirements.

Tendering & BiddingIdentify suitable tender opportunities through relevant platforms.Prepare and submit competitive tender proposals and quotations.Review tender documents, project specifications, drawings, and scope of work.Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to prepare accurate costing and submissions.Follow up on tender results and negotiate with clients when required.

Project ManagementPlan, coordinate, and manage demolition projects from commencement to completion.Supervise daily project operations and ensure work is carried out according to approved plans and schedules.Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and site activities.Monitor project progress, costs, quality, and deadlines.Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations, permits, and project requirements.Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, and contractors to resolve project issues.Prepare project reports, progress updates, and completion documentation.
