Admin Support Assistant / Management Support Officer | 12-Month Government Contract

Join a government agency as a Management Support Officer supporting a Facilities Management team.

You will provide structured administrative and data-processing support, including:

• Updating requests and case information in an internal system

• Preparing and sending notices to government agencies

• Tracking responses and following up on outstanding matters

• Supporting payment and collection records

• Maintaining accurate transaction documentation

• Collating, checking and updating utilities-consumption data

• Preparing reports and handling other administrative assignments

This is a back-office administrative role, not a technical facilities or engineering position.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder

• Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Administrative processing, records or data-entry experience

• Careful, organised and comfortable with routine follow-up work

• Able to commit to a 12-month full-time contract

Working arrangement: WFH on Monday and Tuesday; office-based Wednesday to Friday.
Working hours: 8:30am–6:00pm, Monday to Thursday; 8:30am–5:30pm on Friday.
Salary: $2,760 per month.
