SALES ADMINISTRATOR

Job Description:

Sales Administration & Order Management

• Prepare, process, and track customer quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, and related documents.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders in accordance with company procedures.
• Coordinate internal departments to facilitate order fulfillment and delivery.
• Monitor order progress and proactively follow up on outstanding orders to ensure customer commitments are met.
• Assist in invoicing activities and ensure supporting documentation is complete and accurate.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of sales-related records and contracts.

Customer Service & Coordination

• Coordinate closely with the Sales team to support customer requirements and resolve issues efficiently.
• Assist in preparing customer proposals, quotations, contracts, and other sales-related documentation.

Sales Support & Reporting

• Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager and Sales team.
• Support sales meetings by preparing meeting materials, and generating reports, for discussion as required.
• Monitor sales activities and performance metrics, providing timely updates to management.
• Assist in compiling and analyzing sales data to support business planning and decision-making.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of sales administration or customer service experience preferred.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
