Sales Engineer ( Packaging /Industrial sales environment)

Responsible for driving sales of packaging solutions, logistics services, and sustainable packaging products. The role focuses on developing new business, managing key customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing consultative solutions tailored to customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales pipeline to achieve revenue and profit targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
• Recommend packaging and logistics solutions based on customer requirements.
• Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, and business cases.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with operations, procurement, production, and customer service teams.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales forecasts and management reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of B2B, industrial, or technical sales experience. (own transport)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Experience preparing proposals and closing deals.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
• Self-driven, proactive, and customer-focused.
