Software Product Director

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define and execute the long-term product vision androadmap.
• Align product development with business objectives andcommercial goals.
• Translate business and customer requirements into productspecifications and prioritised backlogs.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify productopportunities.
• Drive innovation in:AI-driven workforce managementAutomatedworkforce matchingIntelligent dispatch and schedulingPredictive demandanalyticsAgentic AI workflows
  

2. Product Development & LifecycleManagement

• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from:ProductdiscoveryRequirements gatheringProductdesignDevelopmentTestingLaunchPost-launch optimisation
• Manage products across:Web platformsiOS and AndroidapplicationsEnterprise dashboardsAI-enabled platforms and systems
• Develop and monitor product KPIs and performance metrics.
• Use analytics and customer feedback to drive productimprovements.
• Oversee sprint planning, product releases, and qualityassurance.
• Work closely with Engineering and DevOps teams to ensuretimely and high-quality delivery.
  

3. Cross-Functional Leadership

• Collaborate closely with:Software EngineeringAI / DataScienceSalesOperationsMarketingCustomer / Enterprise teams
• Ensure product development is aligned with business andoperational requirements.
• Support Go-To-Market (GTM) planning and execution.
• Lead enterprise client onboarding and productimplementation where required.
• Present product strategy, roadmap, and capabilities tosenior management and key clients.

4. Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop Product Managers and UI/UXDesigners.
• Build a high-performing product team.
• Establish clear objectives, priorities, and performanceexpectations.
• Foster a culture of:OwnershipInnovationFastexecutionContinuous improvementUser-centric product development.

Key Requirements

1. Senior Product Management Experience
   8–12+years of progressive product management experience in software/technologyenvironments, including 3–5+ years in a senior leadership role such as SeniorPM, Head of Product or Product Director.
   
   
2. RelevantProduct & Domain Expertise
   Provenexperience building and scaling B2B SaaS, Workforce Management (WFM), HCM,marketplace, workforce/labour tech, or smart facility management platforms.
   
   
3. StrongTechnical & AI Acumen
   Strongunderstanding of cloud architecture, RESTful APIs, mobile applications andAI/ML technologies, including algorithmic matching/dispatch, LLMs and AIagents.
   
   
4. Data-DrivenProduct Leadership
   Strongproficiency in product analytics, SQL, dashboards and A/B testing, withexcellent leadership, stakeholder management and cross-functional collaborationskills.
   
   
5. Education& Preferred Experience
   Bachelor’sor Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, InformationSystems, Business Administration or related fields. Experience with iOS/Androidapps, enterprise dashboards, APAC labour/staffing compliance, IoT or smartfacility technologies will be an advantage.
