SUPERVISOR

Job Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations and work activities.
• Assign tasks and monitor staff performance to ensure work is completed efficiently.
• Coordinate with management, customers, and suppliers on operational matters.
• Ensure products, materials, and equipment are properly handled and maintained.
• Monitor work quality and ensure company procedures and safety requirements are followed.
• Prepare basic operational reports, records, and documentation.
• Train and guide staff on work procedures and workplace safety.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
• Ensure the workplace is clean, organised, and safe.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in supervision or operations.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Able to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Responsible, independent, and able to work under pressure.
• Basic computer and reporting skills.
