The school now has an exciting opportunity for a Director of Student Support Services to join our Student Support team.
About the Role:
Stamford American International School seeks a strategic and collaborative Director of Student Support Services to provide schoolwide leadership for its Nursery–Grade 12 inclusion model. The Director will advance a clear strategic direction for supporting diverse learners and lead the continued development of coherent pathways, consistent practices and high-quality provision across the school. Working in close partnership with school leaders, staff and families, the Director will ensure that the inclusion model is effectively implemented, continuously strengthened and responsive to students’ evolving needs.

- An emotionally intelligent and reflective leader with sound judgment, strong communication and effective change-leadership skills.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Special Education, Educational Leadership or a related field.
- Valid teaching or relevant professional certification from a recognized authority is a must.
- Significant leadership experience in student support, inclusive education or a related school wide role.
- Demonstrated experience leading established programs through review, improvement and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of inclusive practice, MTSS, progress monitoring and evidence-informed intervention; international
or IB experience is preferred.
