Role Overview

The Senior Regional Finance Supply Chain Analyst, based in Singapore, provides analytical and financial support to Supply Chain Finance globally, with APAC as the primary focus and extended support for EMEA and the Americas. Reporting to the Finance Business Partner, Global Supply Chain, the role supports inventory management, warehouse and distribution costs, customer service costs, inventory reserves, and strategic supply chain projects. The role also leads financial reporting activities for actuals, forecasts, and the annual budget within its scope.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide and manage financial support for global Supply Chain operations, with primary focus on APAC and additional support for EMEA and the Americas.
  • Compile, control, and analyze financial information relating to Supply Chain costs, customer service costs, inventory, and inventory reserves.
  • Submit monthly operations KPIs and reports to the Finance Business Partner and relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Partner with the Supply Chain Analytics team on financial analytics relating to Supply Chain costs and inventory.
  • Provide financial advice and decision support to the Finance Business Partner and Supply Chain Management team, including financial input and reconciliations for the S&OP process.
  • Support the application of financial controls within Supply Chain, particularly for inventory and instrument management, and help ensure adherence to MAPs.
  • Educate in-country Supply Chain leads and teams on Supply Chain financials and KPI monitoring.
  • Support implementation of global finance initiatives across the regions in scope.
  • Drive consistent and simplified reporting methodologies across the business.
  • Collaborate with Commercial Finance and the wider Finance team to align forecasts, budgets, sales, production, and inventory assumptions.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis for strategic projects, evaluate critical data points, monitor project performance, and provide progress reporting to leadership.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or an equivalent discipline; CPA or CMA qualification preferred.
  • 8-10 years of experience in a corporate finance and accounting environment, with demonstrated financial planning and analysis capability and strong business acumen.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience using MS Dynamics, SAP, Hyperion, Microsoft Office, and database tools.
  • Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, stakeholder management, communication, organization, deadline management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter who is comfortable working through ambiguity and engaging with senior management.
