We are seeking an experienced interior designer for private residential developments (working with property developers)
Responsibilities
- Design driven with experience in residential and/or hospitality projects
- Collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and consultants to bring design concepts to life.
- Ability to resolve technical issues in line with the project's design intent
- Creative thinking to develop new ideas, space planning, design development, and produce SketchUp 3D and construction drawing.
- Manage budget and deadlines on projects
Requirement
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Architecture/Interior Design
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Autocad, SketchUp, Enscape, Photoshop and MS Powerpoint.
