Vice President, Head of Human Resources

As member of Corporate Executive Committee, lead all aspects of Human Resources including strategy and policy development, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, labor relations, organization development, performance management, HR information systems as well as office administration. Geographical coverage includes Mainland China , Hong Kong, US and Italy, impacted to Company’s mid to long term development.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Design and implement in the development and administration of HR policies and programs to align with organizational objectives at both short and long run.

2. Advocate, advise and support in organization changes and improvements.

3. Develop and improve Total Rewards strategy, implement all initiatives in line with Employer Value Proposition, engagement and motivation, as well as retentions.

4. Plan and control the budget of Corporate labor costs as well as function expenditures.

5. Plan and manager recruitment outreach efforts to meet business requirements.

6. Develop performance management mechanism and optimize process to achieve the business goals.

7. Establish policies and co-development automated systems for the efficient and effective implementation of HR systems.

8. Ensure compliance with all law and regulations relative in HR management for sustainable development of the Company.

9. Handle other ad hoc tasks as required by superior.

10. Travel to China, Singapore and other business locations as required to support the Group’s HR strategy, business operations and organizational initiatives.

Qualifications / Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree

2. At least 20 year working experience as a whole

3. At least 15 year of experience in HR management in MNCs, at both strategic and operational positions; or at least 10 year of experience in business plus 15 year HR management experience.

4. At least 5 year experience in project management.
