Hiring Admin Executive role

Job Description :

Handles customer calls
Handles company WhatsApp (Reply customers' enquiries & orders)
Issue and print customer invoices daily
Issue customer SOA weekly/bi-weekly/monthly
Do filing for invoices and other paperwork (once a month)
Monthly stocktake
Able to converse and type basic English and Chinese

Working Hours : 10am to 7pm (including lunch break 12pm to 1pm)

Office Location : Jurong Food Hub (2027 after CNY will be at woodlands due to factory relocation)

Nationality : Singapore & Malaysians (MSIA due to quota limits)

Able to work during PH and weekends (rest day will be on weekdays)(Will be reimbursed with $$ according to MOM law due to work on PH)

Might be able to wfh depending on job performance. Can be negotiated.
