BIM Modeller

Job Description

-Create and update 3D BIM models using software such as Revit, AutoCAD, or Navisworks based on architectural/structural/MEP drawings.

-Generate 2D drawings, sections, details, and schedules from BIM models.

-Collaborate with project engineers, designers, and other BIM team members to ensure design accuracy.

-Ensure models comply with company BIM standards, naming conventions, and LOD (Level of Detail) requirements.

-Coordinate with other disciplines (e.g., architectural, structural, MEP) to avoid clashes and assist in clash detection using Navisworks or equivalent tools.

-Update models according to design changes and client requirements.

-Participate in internal BIM meetings and contribute to model coordination.

-Maintain model documentation and revision history.

Job Requirements

-Diploma or Certificate in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related field.

-Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and optionally Navisworks, SketchUp, or BIM360.

-3 to 5 years of working experience as a BIM Modeller preferred

-Good understanding of construction drawings and BIM processes.

-Strong attention to detail and good time management skills.

-Team player with effective communication skills.
