About the Company
A growing Singapore-based hospitality and investment group with interests in hotel assets and real estate opportunities. The organization is expanding its investment capabilities and is looking for an investment professional to support acquisitions and portfolio initiatives.

Scope

• Research and assess potential property and investment opportunities.
• Prepare financial analysis, valuations and investment assessments.
• Assist with due diligence and transaction-related activities.
• Support acquisition, financing and investment execution processes.
• Monitor existing assets and provide analysis on performance and value-enhancement opportunities.
• Work with internal management and external advisers throughout the investment cycle.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in real estate investment, asset management, corporate finance or transaction advisory.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Commercially minded with good attention to detail.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
