Your Role

We’re looking for a passionate Baker who’s excited about health-focused baking. You’ll craft freshly baked products—from breakfast bars and energy bites to gluten-free muffins and treats—for both our café and packaged retail range. If you love working with whole food ingredients and believe that food can (and should) make people feel better, read on.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake signature items such as granola, breakfast bites, muffins, and other gluten-free treats
• Maintain consistency and high standards of quality and presentation
• Manage daily prep, production, and kitchen flow efficiently
• Assist with new product testing and recipe refinement
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards (HACCP knowledge is a plus)
• Work collaboratively with the café and kitchen teams to ensure smooth daily service
• Help prep and pack retail products where needed

You Might Be the One If You…

• Have experience in baking or pastry (professional training is a bonus but not a must)
• Are familiar with or interested in gluten-free, plant-based, and allergy-friendly baking
• Have great attention to detail and consistency
• Keep a clean, organized kitchen station
• Work well independently and within a team
• Are passionate about real food and making people feel good through what they eat
