Roles & Responsibilities

Job Descriptions:

1. Performing various skin treatments according to clients’ needs, such as facial/skin treatments.

2. scheduling client’s appointments

3. Data entry of client's information

4. Keep documentation and maintain client’s files

5. Perform pre-treatment and after treatment consultation

6. Acknowledge and respond to relevant client’s queries, needs and expectations

7. Suggest and promote retail products or additional services

8. Stock taking

9. Ensure treatment rooms are clean and neat

10. Any other administrative task when required

11. Follow instruction closely

Requirements:

1. Good communications and interpersonal skills

4. Excellent interpersonal skills, time management and organization skills

5. Sale and services oriented

6. Customer focused

7. Able to work shifts, weekends and Public Holidays when require
