Location: Changi North (islandwide pickup)

Job Description:
* Provide administrative and coordination support for clinical reach and healthcare-related operations.

* Coordinate clinical trial/healthcare logistics, including shipment arrangements, documentation, scheduling and tracking.

* Liaise with internal teams, healthcare professionals, vendors and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and smooth operations.

* Maintain accurate records, databases and relevant clinical/operational documentation.

* Track requests, follow up on outstanding matters and provide regular status updates.

* Ensure documentation and processes comply with internal SOPs, quality standards and regulatory requirements.

* Support reporting, billing/invoicing, data entry and other administrative duties as required.

Job Requirements: Min Diploma in any course
