Mission:
As part of our continued growth, we are recruiting candidates for the role of Implementation Engineer to strengthen our team and contribute to international projects. The Implementation Engineer will play a key role in configuring PowerCARD application and developing customized solution for our clients. The primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in studies, gap analysis, and technical design to identify specific configuration and development needs.
- Present standard interfaces and prepare technical specifications for interfaces and mapping.
- Work with the client to ensure their specifications are met and develop custom software as required.
- Prepare Technical Specification Forms (TSFs) based on Business Solution Descriptions (BSD) for specific functionalities.
- Develop customer-specific solutions based on TSFs and conduct unit testing.
- Correct bugs reported by the test team.
- Assist in configuring and integrating various modules of the solution to meet the customer’s needs.
- Participate in the installation of project deliverables at the client’s site.
- Assist the client with integration and acceptance testing, ensuring smooth implementation.
- Diagnose and resolve bugs reported by customers to ensure the expected functionality.
Certification, Acceptance, and Go-live Phases:
- Guarantee certifications with international networks (Visa, Mastercard) to approve and certify the solution and interfaces.
- Assist the client during the acceptance testing phase and implement pilot programs to test the production environment.
- Prepare and deliver patches and ensure the smooth transition of the project to the production phase, including handing over to the HPS support team.
Reporting and Performance Tracking:
- Report incidents and anomalies to impacted teams.
- Maintain daily activity reports on HPS tools to contribute to performance monitoring and optimization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciencec, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.

- Knowledge of DevOps tools such as JIRA, Bitbucket, and Jenkins

Additional Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of testing techniques
- Proficiency with Oracle databases
- Familiarity with HP-UX, LINUX, Unix AIX, and Solaris
- Knowledge of PL/SQL, C, Pro*C, JavaScript, and Shell scripting
