Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Production Supervisor/Production Supervisor to join our team at our biofuel process plant in Tuas to assist/coordinate production activities and manpower deployment, support equipment maintenance and workplace safety, report operational issues with solutions, and execution of ad-hoc duties as assigned. The ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin is required for this role, as the position involves regular communication with Mandarin-speaking colleagues, management, and/or business partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in production scheduling, including the coordination of production tasks and manpower arrangements. 协助生产任务及人员的安排等生产调度工作；

• Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of production equipment, and monitor production safety to prevent accidents and unsafe practices. 协助生产设备的维修、维护，生产过程安全的监督和杜绝；

• Promptly report any issues encountered during work to management and provide recommendations and improvement plans. 针对工作中出现的问题，及时向上级领导汇报，并提出改进意见和方；

• Complete ad hoc assignments and other tasks as assigned. 完成上级领导安排的临时性工作任务。

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field. 本科学历，化工、化学类相关专业；

• Candidates with working experience in a chemical plant or refinery will be given preference. 有化工炼油厂工作经验的优先。

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. 具有较强的沟通能力和团队协助能力；

• Willing to undergo job rotation training, start from the grassroots level, and adapt to shift work. 进行轮岗学习，从基层做起，能够适应倒班。

• Mandarin proficiency is required for this position due to regular communication with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and business associates. 由于本职位需要经常与讲华语的同事及业务伙伴进行沟通，因此要求应聘者具备良好的华语沟通能力。

Working Hours:

8.30am - 5.30pm (Mon-Fri);
8.30am - 12.30pm (Sat, work from home basis and attend on-site only when required).
