About Us

Nook and Cranny Pte Ltd is the Singapore franchise operator behind two premium furniture brands — BoConcept and Kave Home. We manage everything from showroom sales to warehouse fulfillment, and we're looking for someone who treats inventory accuracy like it's personal.

The Role

You'll own the link between what we sell and what we stock. Every sale that comes in needs to trigger the right action — pull from warehouse stock, or trigger a Just-in-Time order from our suppliers — with zero ambiguity and zero dropped orders. You'll split time between the warehouse floor (checking physical stock, coordinating receiving) and the office (system updates, supplier follow-ups, data reconciliation).

What You'll Do

• Manage ordering cycles using Just-in-Time (JIT) and warehouse-stocking models — know which items to hold and which to order on demand
• Process every incoming sale against inventory: confirm stock availability, trigger procurement for items not on hand, and ensure stocked items are correctly depleted in the system
• Maintain data accuracy across the full order lifecycle — from sale confirmation through to final delivery
• Liaise directly with suppliers and principals to lock in and enforce delivery timelines; escalate and resolve delays before they hit the customer
• Coordinate with logistics partners to keep delivery schedules on track
• Work with the showroom and warehouse teams to plan inventory storage and replenishment that supports sales targets — not just warehouse convenience
• Flag discrepancies, slow-moving stock, or supplier reliability issues proactively — not after they become a customer complaint

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years in inventory, procurement, supply chain, or logistics coordination (furniture/retail industry a plus, not required)
• Comfortable working with data daily — spreadsheets, inventory systems, order trackers
• High attention to detail — someone who double-checks order quantities, SKUs, and delivery addresses without being asked
• Confident communicator who can hold suppliers and logistics partners accountable to deadlines — not someone who accepts "we'll try" as an answer
• Able to work both on the warehouse floor and at a desk; comfortable moving between physical stock checks and system data entry
• Experience with Odoo or similar ERP/inventory systems preferred, not required — training provided
