Resident Technical Officer (M&E)

Job Summary

Supervise building & infrastructure works with a focus on quality and safety, applying M&E engineering expertise and adhering to project timelines and standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee building & infrastructure construction activities to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and safety standards
• Coordinate with project teams to monitor progress and resolve construction issues effectively
• Apply knowledge of M&E engineering principles to supervise construction quality and methods
• Manage shift work schedules to maintain continuous site operations and meet project deadlines
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and accreditation requirements during construction supervision

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum three (3) years of experience supervising buildings works, preferably with LTA bus depot projects
• Diploma in the mechanical/electrical discipline with qualification accredited by the Commissioner of Building Control
• Accreditation by JAC of IES/ACES as a Qualified Site Supervisor (QSS)

Other Information

• Working location: Lorong Halus (Near Sengkang/Punggol) - Shuttle transport provided from Kovan MRT
• Work week: 44 hours/week
• Must be willing to work shifts
