CORPORATE SECRETARIAL EXECUTIVE

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage a portfolio of clients.

• Assist with the registration of businesses, incorporation of companies,foreign entities, limited liability partnerships, and other business entities.

• Handle all aspects of corporate secretarial matters in compliance withthe Companies Act and other relevant regulations.

• Prepare directors’ resolutions, meeting minutes, statutory forms, andother relevant documents.

• Prepare XBRL financial statements.

• Perform electronic filings with ACRA and online document stamping withIRAS.

• Advise clients on compliance requirements and statutory obligations.

• Ensure adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements.

• Oversee client onboarding, ongoing monitoring, and due diligencechecks.

• Assist clients with work pass applications and CorpPass accountmanagement.

• Attend meetings and prepare meeting minutes.

• Perform any other corporate secretarial duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• ICSA qualification (or currently pursuing) and/or a Diploma in BusinessAdministration, Commerce, or Law. Candidates without relevant qualificationsbut with suitable work experience are also encouraged to apply.

• Proficient in MS Office.

• Strong written and oral communication skills, with good interpersonalabilities.

• Able to handle challenges and meet tight deadlines.

• Resourceful, detail-oriented, and a team player.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

• Experience in handling Singapore companies is an advantage.
