Site Management & TeamLeadership: Take full charge of rebar activities. Lead, supervise, and motivatea teamebar workers in cutting, bending, handling, and fixing rebars.Efficiently assign daily tasks, ensure a smooth

kflow, and achieve productiontargets.Planning: Provided clear technical briefings to the team to guide siteoperations.Qualiy Control & Compliance: Ensure all rebar works, includingbar size, spacing lap length, and concretecover, fully comply with designrequirements. Conduct self-inspections and prepare work for officialchecks.Progress & Material Management Develop detailed weekly and dailywork plans to ensure rebar activities arewell-coordinated with other trades(e.g, formwork, concreting) and do not delay the overall projectschedule.Manage rebar material delivery, inventory, and usage to minimizewaste.Workplace Safety: Act as the responsible person for workplace safety,enforcing the WSH Act. Conduct dailyTool Box Meetings, ensure proper use of PersonalProtective Equipment (PPE), and proactively identify andmitigate potentialhazards to maintain a safe working environment.Communication &Coordination: Serve as the primary interface for rebar works. Maintaineffectivecommunication with project managers, cient representatives, consultantengineers, and other trade foremen(e.g., Formwork Foreman) to report progressand resolve site issues promptly.2. Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Rebar Foreman orSenior Rebar Worker in the construction industry.Strong leadership and teammanagement skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team of10-20rebar workers.

Ability to adapt to the site environment and completehigh-intensity tasks on schedule.

Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents will be givenpriority.
