This role has an extensive reach and must have a self-motivated individual with excellent critical thinking and risk based approach over operational, market risk and policy matters.

We seek for a Division Head of Operations on a full-time basis in Singapore.

Key responsibilities include:

· All operational matters related to broker, exchange and bank accounts. Including trade, position and cash reconciliation, funding, relationship management, client disclosure, annual reviews, new account opening, closure, corporate action management and management of fees. Alignment of statement vs internal risk, P&L systems and reports

· Support procurement and perform accounts payable processing, track all expenses and provide management reporting for budget management

· P&L monitoring and liquidity management, independently calculating and verifying P&L and bank balances, cost of funding, managing accounting relationships, submitting all files and ensuring the accuracy of monthly and annual reporting for the group and all subsidiary companies globally

· Manage annual audit and signing of Financial Statements for all Saccade companies globally

· Managing tax submissions in all relevant jurisdictions, working with external tax consultants to support optimization of processes for multinational, multi-company group structure

· Writing and implementing global compliance policies, managing team to monitor compliance

· Work with executive team to formulate and implement business strategies, design and implement processes to support global growth strategies

· Managing HR processes including onboarding, staff exits, conducting exit interviews, preparing contracts, termination letters, conducting forensic interviews to investigate complaints and performance issues, preparing and settling payroll, staff reimbursement, and mandatory fund payments, managing visa submissions, supervise team that arrange testing and interview scheduling, leave tracking and compliance with Saccade HR policies

· Support external Company Secretaries for all group companies and ensure accurate delivery of required filings

· Manage office administration team, ensuring smooth operation of all offices, responsible for all office supplies, environment, insurance, staff travel, accommodation, cleaning, office equipment, decorations, gatherings and entertainment

Requirements:

· Minimum 25 years in senior operational roles for financial market trading businesses

· Deep and broad knowledge of business functions, including, operations, HR, finance, compliance and IT

· Excellent project management, analysis and problem solving skills

· Outstanding communication in English

· Excellent ability to lead, negotiate and influence
