Project Engineer

Responsibilities:

· Coordinate project management activities, resources,equipment and information.

· Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes andtargets.

· Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedulemanagement.

· Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve.

· Coordinate efforts with cross-functional teams, includingsoftware, electrical, and mechanical engineers.

· Manage the site implementation process and coordinate allphases of the project work to ensure the smooth implementation of the site.

· Assist with project procurement management.

· Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.

· Conduct risk assessments for projects, proposingmitigations and actions to keep projects on track.

· Support the project manager in the creation of project proposals, templates, schedules, and briefs.

· Organize and maintain project documentation, ensuring that all project members have access to necessary information.

· Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders.

· To plan and execute project schedules to ensure timely completion of project.

· To carry out on-site testing and commissioning of systems, prepare operation manuals, etc.

· To provide technical support and user training to end-users.

· To carry out maintenance and support services to existing customers.

· Ad hoc duties as assigned.
