Operations Specialist (East/18 Months Contract/Up to $4000)

The Operation Specialist is responsible for promoting and assessing living space welfare of Foreign Workers within the company in direct communication with the Training Leader.

Essential responsibilities:

Workers’ welfare support of Foreign Worker Tenant service (FWTES) – 60%

• Working independently to perform interviews of FW and audits of their living space to ensure their well-being.
• Provide guidance to FW in line with MOM rules to ensure place of stay and landlord are working in line with established regulations.

Training– 40%

• Support in-house training and administer external training.
• Administer Learning Management System (LMS).
• Support site/department activities and events.

Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma from recognized academic institutions with minimum 1-3 years of full-time work experience.
• Relevant experience in Training function, People engagement or Inspection/Audit will have an added advantage.

Desired Characteristics:

• Able to navigate independently to FW places of stay to conduct assessment.
• Self-motivated, punctual, and meticulous with an eye for detail.
• Due to nature of living space audit and training collaboration, remote work/WFH is not applicable.
