Operations Associate

Jobrequirements:

The Operations Associate is responsible for providing comprehensive executive, administrative, and Middle Office support to the CEO, Director, Middle Office team, as well as other staff members where necessary.

The role extends to administration support across the Singapore and London offices and covers a wide range of responsibilities as business needs evolve.

This position requires the ability to manage competing priorities across executive support and operational responsibilities, exercise sound judgment, and handle sensitive informationwith a high level of professionalism and discretion. The individual must be organised, detail oriented, and able to work independently within a fast-paced asset management environment.

Skills and Specifications

• Experience in fund operations, trade lifecycle processes, orreconciliations within an asset management environment is useful but not essential.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

Our working hours are from 8.30am to 6pm, Mondays to Fridays.
