About this job
Job Scopes:
- Liaise with publisher to follow up with new books, teacher’s guide ,assessment books and etc.
- Generating PO and sourcing new publishers.
- To oversee digital resources. (eg teacher’s guide, student books)
- To oversee booklist data such as booklist updating for all level, selling price and etc.
- To arrange book distribution for new and progression students
- Bookstore housekeeping such as filing of student’s book list, tidying bookstore, stock taking and etc.
- Other ad hoc admin duties as assigned.
Other information:
- Working hrs: Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm), Alternate Saturday (9am to 1pm)
- Salary: $1800 to $2400 (commensurate with experience)
- Work location: Kovan (Nearest MRT: Kovan)
