About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support marketing activities across Singapore and Malaysia. This role will assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, creation of marketing collateral, event coordination, product launch activities, and day-to-day marketing operations. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Creative Support

• Create and update marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, presentations, social media and sales materials.
• Ensure all materials follow corporate branding guidelines.
• Proofread marketing, product and event materials for accuracy and consistency.

Printing & Vendor Coordination

• Liaise with printers, vendors and suppliers on quotations, artwork, production and delivery.
• Coordinate printing and marketing giveaways, ensuring timelines are met.

Event & Product Launch Support

• Support customer events, trade shows, workshops, conferences and internal meetings.
• Coordinate event logistics, materials, registration, catering and giveaways.
• Assist with product launches, including launch materials, sales tools and customer communications.
• Track timelines and project deliverables.

Marketing Operations

• Support purchase requisitions, vendor coordination and invoice processing.
• Maintain marketing databases, image libraries and document repositories.
• Provide general marketing, sales and administrative support as required.

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.

• 1-year experience in marketing, communications, design or event management.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva and Microsoft Office.
• Experience working with printers, vendors or agencies is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, proofreading and organizational skills.
