HR Admin

A Singapore-based F&B chain is seeking an Office Clerk to handle office administration, HR, and basic accounting tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

* Handle daily office administrative tasks and document filing

* Manage staff recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding procedures

* Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave (annual/sick leave) logs

* Assist with the application and renewal of work passes (e.g., WP, S Pass)

* Submit tax return documents for expatriate employees and prepare annual IR8A returns.

* Submit government reimbursement applications (e.g., maternity leave, parental leave, national service leave).

* Process invoices, receipts, and payments; handle basic bookkeeping

* Assist in verifying supplier bills and employee payroll

* Coordinate and communicate with outlets, staff, and suppliers

* Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

* Experience in office administration or HR in Singapore

* Familiarity with basic HR processes and Singapore employment regulations

* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email

* Experience in basic accounting or bookkeeping is an advantage

* Proficiency in accounting software is an advantage

* Fluent in both Chinese and English

* Meticulous, responsible, honest, and reliable

* Ability to work independently with strong communication and coordination skills

* Experience in the F&B industry is an advantage

* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
