We are looking for passionate kitchen professionals to grow with us at Godmama Modern Peranakan Cuisine.

📍 Funan Mall

• Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations.
• Prepare and cook authentic Peranakan dishes according to Godmama’s recipes and standards.
• Ensure consistent food quality, presentation and portion control.
• Supervise and guide junior kitchen team members during preparation and service.
• Manage assigned kitchen sections and ensure orders are served accurately and promptly.
• Monitor ingredients, stock levels and food wastage.
• Assist with stock ordering, receiving and proper storage.
• Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness, food safety and hygiene.
• Ensure food is properly labelled, dated and stored according to regulations.
• Support menu development, food tasting and recipe improvements.
• Assist with staff training and kitchen scheduling when required.
• Report equipment faults, operational issues and ingredient shortages promptly.
• Take charge of kitchen operations when senior chefs are unavailable.
• Perform other kitchen duties assigned by the Head Chef or management.
