Ensure product experiences accommodate diverse user personas, accessibility requirements, and varying operational contexts.
Define key performance metrics (KPIs), analyse product data, and translate insights into continuous functional enhancements.
Lead user research initiatives and prototype testing to validate assumptions and refine solution designs.
Partner directly with design, research, and engineering teams to push features smoothly from discovery through deployment.
Articulate product vision, feature trade-offs, and strategic decisions clearly to both executive leadership and cross-department teams.

Direct experience organising, facilitating, and synthesising qualitative and quantitative user research into actionable specs.
Familiarity with building complex administrative systems (such as dashboards, case management tools, scheduling platforms, or records databases) is strongly preferred.
Fluent in Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks and skilled at partnering closely with technical teams in rapid sprint cycles.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical decisions to non-technical partners.
