Receptionist cum Admin Assistant

Job Description

• Handle phone calls, messages and visitor enquiries.
• Manage reception counter and assist students, parents and visitors.
• Perform general administrative duties including filing, photocopying and data entry.
• Attend to late-coming and early-dismissal students.
• Assist with goods deliveries, incoming/outgoing mail and lost & found items.
• Provide basic assistance to unwell students at the Sick Bay.
• Support school events, activities and administrative matters.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the Reception and Sick Bay areas.
• Manage spare uniform stock and other school supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the school

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N-Level.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good customer service skills with a pleasant disposition.
• Mature, polite, patient, caring and positive.
• A team player with initiative.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Basic First Aid knowledge is an advantage.
• Prior school experience is an advantage.
