Student Management (Discipline Support)

Job Description

• Assist with preliminary investigations, interviews and incident reports.
• Collect student/witness statements and follow up on cases.
• Update parents on investigation progress and outcomes.
• Supervise students during detention and Corrective Work Order (CWO).
• Support students on in-house suspension and ensure learning continuity.
• Perform data entry and maintain discipline/intervention records.
• Compile discipline statistics and monitor student reporting channels.
• Maintain confidentiality of student information.
• Support student management and other administrative/operational duties as assigned

Requirements

• Experience in restorative practice and behavioral intervention.
• Calm and able to handle challenging student situations.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a uniformed service (e.g. Police, Prison Service or equivalent).
• Experience in youth-related case investigations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask, work independently and work well in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google and Workspace
