Transcriber cum Admin (Kaki Bukit)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily transcription project activities
• Transcribe audio/video files accurately
• Proofread transcripts for grammar, spelling and formatting
• Maintain project records and documentation
• Coordinate with team members to meet deadlines
• Provide progress updates to the Project Manager
• Handle file management and client formatting requirements
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Good written English and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Prior transcription or administrative experience is an advantage but not required.
