Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to support our daily warehouse and logistics operations. The successful candidate will ensure orders are processed accurately, coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams, maintain operational records, and assist in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and key customer orders accurately into the system.
• Update inventory movements accurately in the system. / Verify inventory and report any stock discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and report any shortages or discrepancies.
• Ensure all stock receipts, transfers, adjustments, and dispatches are recorded promptly.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely picking and packing of orders.
• Liaise with delivery drivers regarding delivery schedules and order status.
• Ensure all operational documentation is complete and accurate.
• Respond promptly to operational enquiries from internal departments.
• Assist in resolving order, delivery, and inventory issues.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of records.
• Support daily administrative tasks assigned by the Operations Manager.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and food safety standards.
