Assistant HR Manager Generalist (Construction) [SL]

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and provide support to management and employees.
• Coordinate recruitment, manpower planning, selection and onboarding activities.
• Handle employee relations and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures and employment matters.
• Administer performance management, training and employee development programmes.
• Support compensation, benefits, leave and attendance administration.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
• Prepare HR reports and analysis to support management decision-making.
• Review and implement HR policies and procedures in line with business and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure HR practices comply with applicable Singapore employment laws and guidelines.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems and overall employee experience.
• Work closely with department managers on manpower, performance and other HR-related matters.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in HR operations and general HR management.
