Lead Generation - Customer Support

Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist (Immediate / Temp Short Term)

Role Overview

We are seeking a responsive and communicative Lead Generation Specialist for an Immediate short-term project to manage inbound and outbound WhatsApp communications. Your primary responsibility will be answering incoming messages promptly, qualifying prospective leads, and routing interested prospects to our team for initial consultations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Communications: Respond to all incoming WhatsApp messages in a timely, professional, and engaging manner.

• Lead Qualification: Ask key qualifying questions using provided scripts and guidelines to determine lead fit.

• Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified leads for discovery calls or transfer high-value inquiries directly to the sales team.

• Data Tracking: Record conversation outcomes, lead contact details, and status updates accurately in our tracking sheet/CRM.

• Follow-Ups: Conduct prompt follow-ups with cold or non-responsive leads to maintain engagement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service, chat support, or lead generation (WhatsApp/messaging experience preferred).
  
• High responsiveness during agreed working hours with excellent written communication skills.
  
• Strong command of English (additional languages are a plus).
  
• Tech-savvy with access to a reliable smartphone, stable internet connection, and a laptop.
  
• Ability to strictly follow communication scripts while maintaining a natural, conversational tone.
