Job Summary
You will work with the Senior Consultant to support client lifecycle processes to deliver operational solutions across accounting, finance, HR, payroll, corporate secretarial, and business management functions.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by serving as the primary contact for enquiries relating to their accounts
- Drive client satisfaction through regular engagement, timely follow-ups, and proactive support to sustain ongoing business partnerships
- Collaborate with internal teams to analyze client requirements and deliver tailored solutions that support business growth
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and ensure consistent communication with assigned accounts
- Coordinate effectively across teams to facilitate seamless client service delivery
- Monitor and apply relevant guidelines to ensure all client interactions comply with professional and regulatory standards in a fast-paced environment
- Manage multiple client activities simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail and organizational accuracy

- excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken (since nearly all documents will be in English).
