Restaurant Manager – High-End Hot Pot Restaurant

Salary: $4,000 - $4,500 (Based on Experience)

Location: City Hall

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Sunday: 11:30 AM – 11:30 PM

• Break: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM

• Monthly Rest Days: 4

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate front-of-house staff

• Maintain high standards of customer service and guest experience

• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and service recovery professionally

• Manage staff scheduling, training, and daily work allocation

• Monitor restaurant cleanliness, service standards, and operational procedures

• Coordinate with kitchen and management teams to ensure efficient operations

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of restaurant management experience in high-end F&B

• Experience with established hot pot or premium restaurant brands such as Haidilao is an advantage

• GCE O Level or higher qualification

• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills

• Professional, service-oriented, and confident in handling customers

• Strong understanding of premium restaurant service standards

• Able to lead a team and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
